Our practice members (that's YOU!) give us so much to celebrate. We love cheering on members like Matt. Matt came to us with low back pain, neck pain, and sciatica flare-ups from a car accident he had in 2007. Today, he takes pain medication far less often, has greater mobility in his back and neck, and can walk longer distances without low back pain and sciatica flare-ups! We couldn't be more thrilled. "I’ve progressed to having little to no pain when standing, sitting, and doing work in and around the house. I’ve also started a workout program that I could not have done before because of pain. The process is gentle. The environment is calm and positive. Dr. Josiah and all of the team at Vero Health Center are always kind, encouraging, and interested in me as a person."

Meet Elizabeth
Hi there! My name is Elizabeth Pavey. I'm from Jefferson, Iowa but have lived in the Des Moines area for the past four years. I fell in love with marketing at Central College and am dedicated to promoting the incredible care Vero Health Center has to offer. When I'm not at work, you can find me and my husband, Garrett, competing on the sand volleyball court, hosting game nights, and reading at local coffee shops.
