Generally, healthy people choose to eat nutritionally dense, fiber-rich foods, in abundance. This is where the plant-based diet comes into play. We know that it can be tempting to scarf down everything in sight when you’re hungry, but one simple habit will keep help ensure your cells are getting all the nutrients that they need: eat plants.
